Manager Achiziții
Responsabilities:
- Defining the long term purchasing strategy with the Financial Director and planning the annual budget for the acquisitions
- Planning, organizing and monitoring all Procurement activities from domestic and international sources
- Establish purchasing department procedures and practices, and studies workflow, sequence of operations, and office arrangement to improve workflow
- Performing continuous market review of all the important categories, market prices monitoring
- Searching and determining the potential suppliers for bidding. Negotiating with vendors on goods or service information (price, samples availability, delivery/payment terms, etc)
- Reporting on a pemanent base about acquisitions and stocks (Preparation of monthly and periodic purchasing reports)
- Stock management, periodically monitoring stock levels
- Controlling consumptions
Requirements:
- University degree
- Experience in team management from 3 years and more
- Experience in logistics, procurement, stock management or related area is a must
- Fluency in Romanian, Russian and English
- Knowledge of Turkish would be an advantage
- Knowledge of MS Office at a very good level (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc)
- Reporting skills and knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proactive personality with leadership skills
- Highly motivated and self-organized
- Good communication and negotiation skills
